Five Wishes helps you express how you want to be treated if you are seriously ill and unable to speak for yourself.  It feals with all of a person's needs: medical, personal, emotional and spiritual. Statistics show that 70% of us are unprepared in one or more areas of living will preparation.  Don’t be counted as one of those statistics!  Learn what a Health Care Directive (5 Wishes) is all about, as well as step by step instructions to complete the form.  “5 Wishes” has been called the first “living will with a heart.  It has been featured on CNN & NBC’s Today Show, and in Time & Money Magazines.  The 5th Wish, ‘What I want my loved ones to know about my funeral will also be discussed.’

Come and learn even more about Health Care Directives, Power of Attorney, DNI and DNR, etc. from both the perspective of the medical field and the legal field.  This will be helpful for all ages, including addressing the question, “How do we protect our children if they are minors?”  They will have documents available for us to take and fill out.  See January 31.
