Peace Sunday - Go Green!!!

Join us for some very special services on Sunday, May 17th when your Sunday School children and youth will lead our special "Go Green" services.

Children and youth have been working on special projects and learning the many ways that they can take part in taking special care of this wonderful place, Earth, that God has given to us! 

All Sunday School children should plan on attending the 9:45 service on Peace Sunday, regardless of what time they have attended Sunday School throughout the year.  The entire service will be child-centered and PEACE themed with the children leading several portions of the service.  After the service, projects that the children have been working on will be for sale in the Narthex with all proceeds going to an non-for-profit environmental organization.  All are also invited to stay for an Ice Cream Social - this is for all ages!  This will be the last Sunday of Sunday School for the year.

At the 11:00 service on May 17th, the youth will lead all parts of the service.  This is always a fun and energizing service.

Peace Sunday is a tradition at St. Stephen, always held in May on the last day of Sunday School.  We encourage all Sunday School Students, Youth, Congregation and Friends of St. Stephen to take part in this special day!
