Facility Usage Opportunities
For detailed information on using our space, please see Facility Use Policies. If you are interested in renting/using our space, please complete the Facility Use Application Form (this form was updated in February of 2011) and return it to the office. All applications for facilty use are accepted on a first-come, first serve basis. If you have any questions regarding these forms, please call the office at 952-831-4746 or email us at office@ststephen.net.
All rooms are rented for a 3-hour minimum. Fees after 3 hours will be charged at $20/hr for each additional hour of use. The rooms that we have available, and the daily fee for the use of each room are:

| Conference Room A or B | $75.00 |

| Fireside Room | $75.00 |
| Chapel and Fireside Room | $125.00 |
*The Activity Center is not available for non-member wedding receptions. There is no charge for the Activity Center for a member wedding reception. However, an additional custodial fee of $100.00 will be charged to members for set-up and clean-up for the Activity Center for a wedding reception.

Requests to reserve/use the facilities are taken and approved on a first come/first served basis and must be approved by the office manager and/or Senior Pastor of St. Stephen. Please see the St. Stephen Facility Use Policy for complete details on utilizing our space.
If you have questions about the renting our space, please contact the office at 952-831-4746 or email us at office@ststephen.net. Upon completion, all rental forms must be returned to the office for space consideration.
