Argentina

In March of 2005, a group from St. Stephen traveled to Resistencia, Argentina to visit the Maria Magdalena Mission and their partner congregation in Corrientes.  A second group traveled to Argentina in July of 2006 and a third group traveled in the summer of 2010.

We were blessed by the hospitality of the people we met and new friends we made.  Together we have improved the kitchen facilities in order to more safely and efficiently serve the children and families of the community.

We have also provided scholarship money for several women hoping to make a better life for their families.  We continue to communicate with our friends and partners in Argentina.
