Three parish nurses from the community will be here to talk about parish nursing and the many forms it takes.  We will explore this healing mandate and how it is playing out today in the Twin Cities.  They will answer questions about parish nursing, about their reasons for becoming parish nurses, the varying duties of a parish nurse and they will share some stories of the people they serve.  When Jesus sent out his disciples (Matt 10:1), then the 72 missionaries (Luke 10:9), he gave them a mandate to preach, teach and heal.
